Kelly Blumer, Founding and Senior Partner, license #PF1435, began her practice at the request of several elderly friends looking for services from someone they could trust. Life experience and a career in the high technology industry equip Kelly with the skills needed to provide fiduciary services in a trusting and compassionate manner for those in need of them.
Education and Career
Kelly attended Whitworth College and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics. After continued graduate work in Nuclear Engineering, she began working as a hardware and software developer. Most of her career was spent managing cross-functional programs for Bay Area technology companies. In addition to her professional career, Kelly has actively been engaged as a property manager for rental properties across multiple states.
Personal
Kelly has been married for more than thirty years. Together with her husband, they have raised three lovely daughters. She enjoys volunteering with youth and elderly alike. She has taught elementary school music, tutored and acted as a mentor to youth through Cristo Rey Jesuit High School and CASA. Her passion is travel and she has visited more than 70 countries.

Julia loves animals and travel. She lives with her long-time partner, her dog and her cat. She is a high-energy, joyous individual and brings sunshine to every relationship.
